Heather and Cecil had a lovely mountain winter wedding at
The Lodge at Breckenridge. The wedding deck at the Lodge has the absolute best views of the town and the ski resort. It provides the ultimate backdrop when saying your vows to the one you love, and Heather and Cecil chose this venue with that in mind. Attended by their dearest family and friends, this intimate winter elopement wedding was full of joy, laughter, and touched us all with heartfelt moments and the sweet words that they spoke to one another. A light, almost magical snow fell right at the end of their ceremony and it seemed to bless the couple as it fell from the sky.
Although the wedding was small and intimate, it was full of style and adorned with the most wonderful details. The flowers from
Petal and Bean were a perfect choice of color for the winter season and popped against the mountain backdrop and the beautiful dresses that Heather and her bridesmaids wore. The ladies donned beautiful faux fur stoles to keep them warm, which matched perfectly with Heather's drop dead gorgeous wedding dress. During the photo session, Heather decided to add a pop of color with her red mittens and a red and black buffalo print shawl. Heather wasn't the only one getting in on the stylish attire for their wedding day. Cecil was dashing in his bow tie and the snazzy socks were a perfect compliment to his grey suit that brought the look of the wedding party together flawlessly.
The Foyer Room inside
The Lodge at Breckenridge has the perfect cozy atmosphere to host a small dinner with family and friends. Guests are seated right next to the fireplace and can enjoy the floor to ceiling views of Breckenridge's mountains right outside. This wedding party was even treated to a fun hot chocolate bar as soon as they came in from the outdoor ceremony on the deck - perfect!!! The in-house catering at the Lodge provided a delicious meal and it all was topped off with wedding cake from
Feather Cakes.
This Breckenridge wedding was truly full of style, warmth, and beauty from start to finish and we were so happy to get to know Heather, Cecil, and their families while capturing every moment on video for them to remember and share together forever. A
beautiful wedding film is the best way to capture the love story of the day and take it home so that all those not in attendance could experience the day along with them.
